By creating an account, accessing Veil, or using any Veil feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with all applicable laws when using Veil.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for information you submit through your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
4. Community Rules
Veil has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content, restrict accounts, block access, or otherwise act to protect the community when members violate these rules.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other members.
- Do not post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- Do not use Veil for spam, scraping, or unauthorized commercial activity.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Veil. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve Veil.
6. Third-Party Services And Data
Veil may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, and catalog metadata providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or inaccuracies originating from third-party services.
7. Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Veil if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or community, or if continued access is no longer practical.
When we receive valid safety reports, we review them as quickly as possible and may remove offending content or accounts where appropriate.
You may also delete your account from within the app. See Account Deletion for details on what is removed and what may remain anonymized.
8. Disclaimers
Veil is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vexellab Solutions LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Veil.
10. Changes To These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Veil after an update means you accept the revised terms.
